Client Services Analysts in the OCIO group work closely with senior managers to aid in servicing existing and new client relationships.


Specific responsibilities include among other things:

preparation of monthly/quarterly client performance reports using PARis system, coordination/facilitation of the timely completion of client deliverables, portfolio evaluation and reporting, pre-filling subscription documents for alternative investments, and from time-to-time marketing assistance in the Request for Proposals or contract process, or other work associated with servicing PFMAM's complex institutional client base.

Client contact is also part of the Client Services Analyst's role in assisting in the completion of service
- and consulting-related tasks. Client Services Analysts gain broad exposure to a wide range of investment services at PFMAM, and this role can provide an excellent career development path at PFMAM.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One to four years of data analysis experience
Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in SQL/WebFOCUS or other BI tool for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation
  • Experience in financial services, with some knowledge of HR systems or financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights
  • Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
