Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Plover, Wisconsin for contract assignments with a partnering in-home hospice care provider.

In-Home Hospice RN Contract Details:
- $1,880 - $2,022 per week

Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
All nurses on contract with SHC are paid weekly

Requirements:

Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year recent relevant nursing experience
Most contracts require some oncall
Current Wisconsin RN License
American Heart Association BLS
Valid U.S. Driver's License

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
