- Create and send invoices for contract milestones, project completions, and parts orders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Service Teams, and Logistics Teams.
- Chase up, document, and process payments within specified deadlines.
- Conduct billing, collection, and reporting tasks with precision.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
- Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with office administration and procedures.
- Proficiency in general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Ability to interpret and understand contracts.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting and computer software.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
