Role Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for generating invoices, maintaining accounts receivable files and records, and assisting in general financial duties and analysis.
You will provide a wide variety of support for our Sales, Service, and Logistics Teams and our customers and vendors.
Create and submit invoices to customers for contract milestones, project completions, and parts orders
Close communication with Project Managers, Service Team, and Logistics Team
Follow up on, collect, and record payments
Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliation
Ability to maintain precise records
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries
Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Previous Experience
1 to 3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Associate Degree or equivalate preferred
Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
General accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
Ability to read and comprehend contracts
Education Requirement
Proficient use of MS TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Proficient with relevant computer and accounting software.
