Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist in project coordination by maintaining project files, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or meetings
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Previous or customer service role is a plus
