Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist in project coordination by maintaining project files, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Previous or customer service role is a plus
