Millwork Estimator - Hialeah, United States - Synergy Custom Fixtures

Responsibilities:

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for project bids
• Estimate costs by looking at the entire project details
• Present cost estimates to upper management
• Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
• Input cost data into company database, taking into consideration differences between estimated cost and actual cost
• Look at customer requirements and drawing details for each project, to achieve project goals and commitments
• Work with the sales team to prepare detailed proposals and quality samples when necessary
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers, suppliers, sales & operations team

General Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience working as an Estimator or Project Manager, preferably in the millwork industry.
• Ability to understand and read technical drawings and customer requirements of Wood / Metal fabrication
• Ability to work well independently and also on a team environment
• Ability to put together a professional presentation and communicate with customers when required
• Ability to create detailed reports on costing data
• Excellent communications skills; verbal & writing in both English and Spanish (Bilingual)
• Very detail oriented with amazing analytical and math skills
• Proficient with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
• Deep knowledge of how processes work

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Able to work independently to complete personal tasks, but also in a team to achieve company and projects goals.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Able to identify issues during a process, and at the same time look and propose solutions.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
