    Qualifications:
    Federal experience required
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or relative)
    Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance.
    Up to 5 years of experience with Budgetary Execution experience
    Experience with gathering, organizing, manipulating, analyzing, and tracking budgetary data
    Experience with supporting non-appropriated federal budget execution working with different levels of offices and Bureaus
    Experience with and ability to leverage SF132 and SF133.
    Familiarity with A-11 policies for preparing, submitting, and executing the budget
    Experience with Microsoft Office applications - specifically the ability to develop and manipulate Microsoft Excel pivot tables
    Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
    Ability to work independently and respond to short-turn tasking in a fast-paced work environment
    Hybrid work schedule. Candidate must be willing to commute to Washington, DC 1 day a week.

    Additional

    Qualifications:
    Experience with applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
    Familiarity with Capital Projects
    Ability to manage and synthesize data calls
    Possession of strong analytical and communication skills
    Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

    Your Work Hours:
    Full-time. Core hours are 9 am-4 pm EST.

    Your Work Place/Travel:
    Hybrid on-site/remote work. Travel may be required. You must transport a laptop and working documents to these sites.

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy .

    We encourage every full-time employee, as your role permits, to utilize paid time off (personal time, mental/physical health care, vacation, sick leave, etc.).

    Waiting for time off to accrue is common at other companies. At Sikich, you do not have to wait for this benefit to kick in. FTO is activated on your first day with our organization.
