The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Measure, monitor and manage daily Market, Credit, Operational and Regulatory risks for Corporate Bond, Municipal Bond, Loan, Foreign Exchange, Asset Backed, Commodity, and Interest Rate Derivative trading desks. Provide additional support for funding/repo and treasury trading desks.
  • Improve sales productivity and trading profitability with enhanced trade, position, account and P&L visualization with Tableau tools. Leverage results to drive distribution and implement new trading products, trading limits and operating policy.
  • Use VBA, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other tools to utilize data tools to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities. Partner with technology and finance groups to increase automation, productivity, and control, reduce operational risk and cos
  • Collaborating with the Corporate bond trading desk to provide intraday and EOD risk levels
  • Build and maintain analytical tools to distill and interpret risk, inventory, and Pal data for communication to senior management
  • Calculate, monitor, and publish daily summary of risk data of combined balance sheet to Senior Management, including position, VaR, CR01, DV01, stress scenarios and credit metrics as per the OCC Market Risk Rule
  • Analyze position price verification with third party data provider and inventory aging for possible liquidity impairment
  • Manage all phases of internal and external regulatory audit, including policy analysis, documentation, and verification.


The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Hours 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year or less of relevant experience

  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Power automate, VBA, SQL & Data Analytics experience
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63
