We can count on you

  • You carry out process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our customers from various industries.
  • Based on workshops, you develop target processes together with our customers, which you analyze using MTM or REFA methods and identify further improvement measures.
  • You are responsible for designing new and existing workstations in production.
  • In addition, you carry out the balancing of the production flow (line balancing).
  • You prepare the results you have determined, present them to the customer, and support the implementation of the defined measures in the operational practice.

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on industrial engineering or an above-average completed technician training.
  • First professional experience in industry and/or consulting - ideally with insights into different industries.
  • Ideally, knowledge of REFA and/or MTM methods as well as working and time management and lean management.
  • Willingness to travel and fluent English in spoken and written form.
  • As an analytical, strategic, and conceptual strong communication talent, you interact confidently on an international level and with all levels of hierarchy.
