We are looking for people who are able to provide our customers with a World Class experience.

This position is essential for our two lane Service Drive which is a very fast paced environment averaging 120 to 160 appointments daily.

Job Duties include:

Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner.
Perform a vehicle walk around and thoroughly document customers concerns in a manner to allow for proper diagnose and service to the vehicle by our certified technicians
Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times
Work in a fastpaced environment with the ability to prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

At least one year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
UCS Power / Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
Personal and professional integrity
Above average energy level
Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
