Required Qualifications:


  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of credentialing, payer enrollment, provider billing services, or health clinic customer service positions.
  • Must be results focused with an ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality of provider and company information.
  • Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong investigative abilities and problemsolving skills.
  • Independently manage priorities/deadlines and exercise good judgment
  • Selfdevelopment
  • Be highly organized with exceptional follow through and recording keeping skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Customer focused
  • Strong tolerance for adaptability
