Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. Your duties will include industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, buffing floors, and performing general custodial tasks.


Duties:

• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of the building, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and parking lots
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Ensure that all areas are properly sanitized and disinfected
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor fixtures
• Operate floor care equipment to clean and maintain various types of flooring surfaces
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Note:
All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.


Pay:
$ $18.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 32 per week
