As an Affiliate Account Manager, you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success.

Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you've garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, both in agency and brand settings.

You're a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions to both clients and your team.

Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable, and you're adept at championing this mindset within your team.


Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to:

  • Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
  • Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and crosschannel analysis.
  • Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
  • Handling daytoday tasks within the affiliate network.

Must Haves:

Experience with affiliate networks like Impact or ShareASale or Rakuten or Pepperjam or Affluent.

Impact experience is a big plus.

$ $105.00 per hour
