Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour break


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the shipping activities, including loading of trucks, packing, and inventory management.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products.

Maintain inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.

Train and mentor shipping and receiving staff to improve performance and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

Utilize shipping software and systems to track shipments and generate reports as needed.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or related field is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with shipping software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
