The HP Bau GmbH is a healthy and rapidly growing company based in Passau and operates in multi-story residential construction under the brand "Exklusiv Wohnbau" throughout the district.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for another Construction Manager (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities
- organization and management of construction execution (regarding costs, quality and deadlines)
- construction management of modern residential projects until handover
- tendering and awarding of trades in collaboration with management
- control, inspection and acceptance of all trades
- digital documentation management of the construction site


Your profile
- experience on construction sites in the field of civil engineering, building construction or related trades
- completed vocational training

  • German language skills in speaking and writing
- structured and responsible way of working
- driver's license B for cars/vans

  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
