Team Leader (m/f/d) Field Service

Your responsibilities:

Managing daytoday operations and participating in crossfunctional projects
Technical preparation and followup of service assignments, including tour planning for our service technicians
Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 18 service technicians
Identifying and implementing process optimizations
Coresponsibility for achieving departmental goals
Supporting and promoting service technicians in finding solutions for complex technical problems

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarder, or office manager, ideally with further education as a specialist or business administrator, or a relevant degree (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, logistics management)
Strong leadership and service skills
Analytical thinking skills to identify potential for optimization
Comprehensive knowledge of ERP, CRM, and MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong focus on finding solutions
Independent, structured, and precise way of working
