Position: Hatton Technology - Power Module Process Technology Leader

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and track trends in SiC power module technology, and define the power module process technology roadmap for Hatton Technology;
Lead a team in conducting pre-research on advanced process technologies and organizing technical cooperation with universities and research institutes;
Lead a team in developing advanced power module processes and creating process files;
Provide support to the product development team in completing product development and preparing for mass production;
Assist the mass production process teams in resolving major process issues, improving reliability, and increasing yield.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or a related field;
At least 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development;
Experience in leading product development and mass production in the industry is preferred;
Proficient in packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design, with expertise in at least one aspect;
Successful experience in developing SiC modules, with a preference for those who have achieved mass production status;
Familiar with the overall landscape of the semiconductor packaging industry
