- Act as a point of escalation for the Endpoint Management team
- Utilize company ticketing software to track and document troubleshooting processes
- Apply diagnostic utilities and access resources for problem resolution
- Perform remote and on-site fixes, software installations, hardware upgrades, and system configurations
- Collaborate with colleagues and users on system changes and future needs
- Assist in software patch releases, testing, and training
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and provide timely support
- Contribute to operating system upgrades, installations, and system maintenance
