Work in various departments such as academic areas, labs, libraries, and more, both on and off-campus.

PRIMARY GOAL

The FWS program encourages students to explore their fields by placing them in related departments when possible, enabling them to use their earnings for education and living expenses.

Position Details:

The Office of Student Financial Aid at Kennedy-King College is looking for dedicated FWS students with excellent communication skills for diverse on and off-campus roles.

Roles include providing office support, answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with clerical tasks as required.

Job Information:

Type: Part-time, up to 29 hours per week
Wages: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day office operations and projects
Greet and assist students, faculty, and staff at the reception desk

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 16 with work permit consent
FAFSA completion for the current academic year
Enrolled and active at City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College
Minimum of 6 semester hours of credit classes
Pursuing an approved educational credential
Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
In 'good standing' with no academic restrictions
Not currently employed by City Colleges of Chicago
