Your responsibilities

Analysis and continuous optimization of all customs and foreign trade-related processes, as well as their implementation within the organization
Ongoing monitoring of customs law changes
Continuous optimization of customs processes and risk reduction in relation to customs matters, taking into account local specifications
Solution-oriented clarification of cross-border customs and foreign trade issues
Development of an internal communication program for compliance with customs and export control requirements, as well as country embargo regulations, while also raising awareness among local subsidiaries and employees
Leading/participation in (SAP) projects for process implementation of customs topics and digitization of processes in local subsidiaries, up to implementation
Creation of process guidelines, manuals, and documentation in accordance with local regulations, as well as conducting relevant trainings
Creation and monitoring of a group-wide ICP
Point of contact for interface departments and subsidiaries both domestically and internationally, as well as handling customs and foreign trade audits
