What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for independently processing payroll for a defined group of employees using SAP.
You will take into account applicable tax and social security regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
You will provide advice to managers and employees on all payroll-related matters.
You will prepare certificates and be responsible for maintaining master data.
You will handle defined employee absences and leaves of absence.
You will communicate with external authorities and agencies, such as tax offices, social security institutions, and health insurance companies.
You will enjoy working with various internal interfaces, such as the HR department and accounting.


What we are looking for:
Your successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in a similar role.
Your experience with the SAP payroll system and practical knowledge of income tax and social security law.
Your proficiency in all common MS Office applications.
Your independence, flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team and communicate effectively round off your qualifications.
