SUMMARY

Responsible for the sheeting, setting up, breaking down, and pressing RF materials for the purpose of constructing copper clad or unclad laminates.

Ensure proper identification of material and filling out the manufacturing Lot Traveler. Enter completed jobs into our Oracle database.

RF operators are also responsible in following the method spelled out in our MOP for cleaning all white rooms and associated equipment.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Maintain clean room supplies & clean rooms.
  • Maintain traceability on all materials.
  • Maintain productivity records and housekeeping check lists.
  • Interpret data to determine basic construction of semifinished board taken from traveler and record lot numbers.
  • Assemble lot determined by data on traveler.
  • Ensure correct lot information is recorded on travelers and accurate data entry into Oracle.
  • Follow all MOPS.
  • Pull film and prepreg rolls from storage area.
  • Perform cycle counts on prepreg and copper.
  • Responsible for storing all material in correct locations.
  • Responsible for performing special projects as assigned by shift supervisors.
  • Responsible for turning in all completed roll tickets.
  • Enter the correct Recipe into the press.
  • Load and monitor the presses to ensure the cycle matches the recipe.
  • Prepare laminate books to be stacked in the loader.
  • Prepare and insert thermocouple wires into the correct book location.
  • Adhere to the descriptions spelled out on the press plan and traveler for constructing copper and prepreg laminates.
  • Check traveler to determine copper style and prepreg construction.
  • Inspect copper, film, and prepreg for fractures, wrinkles, and inclusions.
  • Maintain all related paper work for number of sheets constructed per book.
  • Disassembly of books and separation of semifinished boards from caul plates.
  • Documentation of completed quantities.
  • Transfer completed lots using a fork lift.
  • Coppertron and mic all orders.
  • Operator will be cross trained in other departments and used as needed in those predetermined areas as needed based on business demand.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Operator is required to regularly pass annual certifications.


LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.


REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING

AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

  • May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
  • Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
  • Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
  • Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
  • Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.

PAY
$19.00/hr


WORK SCHEDULE/OVERTIME
1st 6am - 2:30 pm

Overtime as required.
