• 3-5 years working in a sign manufacturing business
• Moderate to high level of computer savvy
• Adaptability with a high level of internal selfmotivation to succeed
• Ability to visualize a project and then implement
• A team mentality, with a high level of ethics and discipline
• Possess keen troubleshooting skills

This applicant may already work in the fields of construction, CNC automation, metal or wood fabrication and desire to expand their knowledge and skillset.

• Coordinate and manage sign manufacturing projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, production staff, and installation crews to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide onsite supervision when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and address any project issues or delays to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in project execution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
