LITFASS Books & Media is a nationally active library service provider. As a specialized bookstore, we supply companies, municipalities, schools, institutes, and law firms.

Our employees, with many years of experience in library and corporate customer business, as well as in school books, ensure that inquiries and orders are processed reliably and quickly.

But LITFASS is also a bookstore, and that is important to us. Our store, with a small and fine literary selection, will always remain a part of our soul.

Qualifications

What you bring

Are you open and confident in dealing with customers and enjoy interacting with people? Are you willing to add your personal touch to the selection and organization of a small and fine assortment?

You fit particularly well with us if you enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers and team members.

You have a proven talent for organization and love to find flexible and compromising solutions.

It is easy for you to respond to requirements (even unexpected ones), think outside the box, and solve challenges through dialogue.

Your profile

Completed training as a bookseller or a comparable qualification
Experience in assortment selection and maintenance, as well as a high level of competence in dealing with customers
Experience with merchandise management systems, ideally with Eurosales
