Your responsibilities will include:

Individual support and consultation of potential and existing customers regarding our service portfolio and the use of our processing and communication software
Independent handling of inquiries and orders, as well as creating customized offers according to established guidelines
Preparation of negotiation and presentation materials for customer and prospect meetings
Close collaboration with the outside sales team and key account management
Documentation, support, and further development of the CRM system
Effective communication interface between customers and internal departments
Support in (sales) controlling, as well as creating sales analyses and forecasts
Continuous optimization of sales processes
Participation in internal project teams for the continuous development of the sales department

You bring with you:

Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in salesoriented consulting and related processes
Advantageous: Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and experience with CRM and DMS systems
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, and a friendly demeanor, combined with a strong
