Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Assist in recruiting and training new employees
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Maintain the office budget and ensure costeffectiveness
  • Plan company events and teambuilding activities
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Skills:


  • Proficient in file management and organization
  • Experience in payroll management
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in supervising staff
  • Effective schedule management skills
  • Ability to plan and execute events
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
  • Previous experience in general office management

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Houston, TX preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
