What you will do:

If you are interested in customer service and enjoy working in the mobile phone industry, Check24 in Cologne offers you the opportunity to develop and expand your knowledge. In addition, Check24 offers an hourly wage of 14.50€.

Your tasks:

You will handle customer inquiries regarding mobile phones via phone and email
You will maintain data to ensure smooth transmission to mobile phone partners
You will handle problems and complaints in a solution-oriented manner, contributing to sustainable customer satisfaction
