Your tasks in the outpatient nursing service

Participation in the planning, organization and implementation of events
Participation in the planning and implementation of employment offers in close cooperation with the outpatient nursing service management
Activation and maintenance of resources of customers
Close cooperation with all professional groups in the neighborhood
Documentation of services provided

Your profile as a care worker (m/f/d)

Willingness to participate in further training in the assigned area
Experience in occupational therapy (advantageous, not a requirement)
Organizational talent and joy in dealing with customers
Class B driver's license for customer trips with a minibus desired
