What Your Day May Look Like:
- Lead & develop the Maintenance Technician and Housekeeper to succeed in their responsibilities.
- Inspect the community & ensure it meets company standards for safety, cleanliness, mechanical functionality, and physical condition.
- Supervise and implement the makeready process, and the routine & preventive maintenance programs.
- Schedule and oversee work performed by contractors completing capital or routine projects.
- Utilize Entrata Facilities management to document work performed.
- Provide excellent service to all who interact with you.

What We Need:
- Maintenance Supervisor experience at an apartment community preferred.
- EPA / HVAC Certification required & CPO Certification preferred.
- Perform afterhours' emergency response (shared with Maintenance Technician).
- Prefer Experience with problemsolving, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool, HVAC, mechanical, fire/safety systems, power tools & equipment, supplies management, elevators, parking garage, and community amenities.
- Team player who encourages others to have high performance, positive communication, and fun
