    As a Security Solutions Engineer at SADA, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with clients, understanding their security requirements within the Google Cloud ecosystem, and crafting customized solutions to meet those needs. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, sales professionals, and stakeholders to effectively develop and deploy these solutions. Additionally, you'll conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and leverage the implemented security measures.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with clients to assess their security needs within the Google Cloud platform and design bespoke solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy security solutions effectively.
    • Conduct training sessions to empower clients to understand and utilize the implemented security measures.
    • Participate in whiteboarding sessions, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the efficacy of the security solutions.
    About You

    The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Deep experience with SIEM tools, processes, and workflows.
    • Deep technical expertise in security technologies, particularly within the Google Cloud environment.
    • Familiarity with Google-specific security products such as Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, Security Command Center, Chronicle, Mandiant, reCAPTCHA, BeyondCorp Enterprise, and Key Management Service.
    • Knowledge of third-party security technologies and their integration with Google Cloud services.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong experience in designing and implementing security solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in security technologies.
    • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering skill development within the team.

    Expectations
    • Engage with clients regularly to assess and address their security needs.
    • Serve as the escalation point for technical consultations and ad-hoc interactions.
    • Collaborate closely with sales representatives and technical resources to support client engagements.
    • Dedicate the initial weeks to comprehensive onboarding, which includes learning materials, compliance training, and remote meetings with relevant stakeholders.
    Job Requirements

    Required credentials upon hire (within 30 days):
    • Google Professional Cloud Architect Certified (PCA)
    • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
    Any of the following can be a replacement for the PCA:
    • Google Professional Data Engineer Certified
    • Google Professional Cloud Database Engineer
    • Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
    • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
    • Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer
    • Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator
    • Google Cloud Certified Fellow
    Useful Qualifications:
    • Experience providing oversight and direction of cloud projects
    • Experience across multiple cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure
    • Experience with automation technologies, including Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, AWS Cloud Formation, or Microsoft Azure Automation
    • Experience working with engineering teams
    • Experience working with sales teams
    • Exceptional customer service experience
    • Ability to communicate across business units and the ability to interface with and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
    • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams and lead less experienced engineers
    • Experience as a technical consultant or another customer-facing technical role
    • Experience managing teams of engineers
    • Ability to lead an in-depth client meeting/workshop across a broad range of topics, including discovery, cloud compliance, and security
    • Deep understanding of best practices, design patterns, reference, and compliance architectures with an uncanny ability to build and recommend these as needed
    • Knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and the ability to apply these to customer architectures to drive outcomes
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team to success
