We are looking for a responsible and dedicated
employee in full-time credit accounting for a long-term position.

Our company, located in
Bremen, is a renowned and sustainable player in the machinery and plant engineering industry, with a focus on producing the most innovative products for continuous development and improvement.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • In your role, you will be responsible for the entire creditor management process, including entering and booking incoming invoices in the merchandise management system.
  • In addition to reconciling and clarifying liabilities, you will also handle accruals and provisions.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing VAT returns and statistical reports in credit accounting.
  • You will ensure compliance with payment deadlines, process payments, and handle debt collection.

What we are looking for:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk or office management clerk, and have relevant professional experience in accounting.
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Your enthusiasm for working in a team, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment make you a valuable asset in credit accounting.
  • You also impress with your independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic, combined with a sense of responsibility.
