To expand our project team for properties of our client, one of the largest hospitals in the region, we are looking for you at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as

Tasks:

Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained
Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
Conducting control rounds and inspections
Proactive repair and maintenance
Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)

Your profile:

Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or comparable qualification
Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
