Inside Sales Representative
Tuesday - Friday 8am-4pm 10-2-Saturday


Job Type: 36+ hours a week

Old Town - Mission Bay area of San Diego

Training provided - we will train those who do not have experience in our products. Absolutely must have excellent communication skills. Must be energetic, committed, and possess a desire to succeed.

Pay range is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations, a commission plan is available.

What You'll Do

• Greet walkin customers and show our products, answer questions, test drive and prepare a quote.
• Answer phone calls regarding our products.
• Utilize the Phone and the Internet to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, answer technical questions, and increase business through product sales to new customers and through additional sales to existing customers.
• Learn and evaluate customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
• Provide continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
• Participate in product meetings, product and process seminars and product training to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
• Studying and keeping up with the dealership inventory
• Carefully moving carts for test drives
• Always Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
• Willing to perform various task assigned by your manager.
• Following company policy and procedures
• Maintain ethical sales behavior.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional experience with customer service or sales.
• Experience in Phone sales, Retail Sales, Telemarketing, UTV, Golf Cart, or Automobile sales a PLUS
• Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills.
• Ability to obtain a California vehicle salesperson license.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Selfstarter and selfmotivator
• Must have a valid California Driver License
• Pass a Background check & drug screening.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn.
• Having a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
