The position is responsible for the conception and implementation of pedagogical work towards the provider and parents. They are responsible for planning and carrying out all activities in the daycare center for children, including:

Collaboration with the provider, parents, authorities, and institutions, as well as professional consultation
Reflection and further development of the pedagogical concept, quality management
Leadership tasks (implementation and promotion of guidelines for leadership and collaboration, team/staff meetings, employee discussions, support for the team, professional consultation)
Staff deployment planning, personnel selection, and onboarding of new employees
Occupational safety
Business management and organization (admissions, duty roster, working hours, closing days, budget and accounting, data protection, infection control)
Networking in the community
Public relations
