The Municipal Supply Association of Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public corporation with the business areas of civil service pensions, health insurance, municipal personnel services, and supplementary pensions. The geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The company headquarters is located in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.

At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Supplementary Pensions department as soon as possible:

Junior Manager (m/f/d) in Customer Management (Supplementary Pensions)

A 11 LBesO / 10 TVöD, Reference Number: Z 567.24



Your main responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team leader
  • Customer support (e.g. employer notifications such as salary, absence, registration and deregistration)
  • Determination and payment of benefits (e.g. company pensions) taking into account tax law and contributions to health and nursing insurance, spousal pension equalization
  • Handling complex issues from a professional and legal standpoint (including complaints and overpayments)
  • Advising customers
  • Providing administrative, organizational and professional support to the department head (e.g. participation in projects)
