    Description

    Team Penske seeks an IMSA Mechanic to manage Porsche Penske Motorsport race car assembly disassembly maintenance ensure safe efficient operation prepare load transport vehicles work collaboratively high pressure fast paced environment utilizing technical skills attention detail safely operating equipment identifying safety hazards reporting risks supervisors maintain accurate records changes adjustable components post-race teardown provide direction mentor less experienced mechanics quality control positive learning environment represent team sponsors on off-track premises participate international domestic travel races tests expected required position participate pit stop crew training fitness program.

    • Execute IMSA compliance with proper setup specifications racing events
    • Disassemble clean non-destructive test PPM Components post event data input programs mileage tracking parts management supply build sheets mileage record monitoring SUSPs lengths pedal positions serial numbering etc perform routine inspections prevent mechanical issues utilize precision measuring devices identify adapt address any technical concerns correct established procedures all available resources evaluate garage performance setups pitches Safety working conditions following company policies regulations internal guidelines collectively contributed clear concise documentation directly communicating knowledge colleagues observers teammates drivers managers engineers oversee improvement quick turnaround timely delivery exact timing financial readiness feasibility understanding impact ongoing processes trace executing outline solutions candidate will communicate junior experienced personnel behaviors behaviors thru walk me hit refresh course settings promote recovery planning projects weather)
