Job summary
The NASCAR Program Director will provide overall program leadership across the NASCAR Cup and Truck Series programs. Management of program resources and assets between departments within Pratt Miller, Kaulig Racing, Stellantis and external vendors to execute the NASCAR Cup and Truck Series support program.This position requires the ability to lead engineers and technicians as direct and indirect reports while fostering a collaborative team environment across all stakeholders. The candidate will balance program performance on and off track to ensure engineering, competition and budgetary objectives are achieved.
