Duration: 8 Months
New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is necessary for all new hires.
Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member before starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local, Capgemini will cover the expenses.
IMPORTANT - MUST Have:
Candidate MUST have experience in the Meat Industry or Food domains related to Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse Management.
Experience with Signavio or Camunda tools is essential.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders in the meat industry to gather and analyze business requirements linked to distribution processes like order management, inventory tracking, and logistics.
Implement SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the meat industry, focusing on distribution modules including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process enhancement and optimization within distribution operations, taking into consideration industry-specific challenges and requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and system requirements customized to the meat industry.
Develop test plans, conduct testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP enhancements and implementations in the meat industry context.
Provide end-user training and support during SAP implementations and post-go-live phases, addressing industry-specific challenges and requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP distribution modules within the meat industry, offering guidance and support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and resolve system-related problems specific to the meat industry.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and SAP updates relevant to the meat industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
All 8 of these resources have the same expectation: current/future state process mapping using Camunda/Signavio to document Logistics processes utilizing the BPMN standard.
Also, be ready to translate these into business requirements

Qualifications:
With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience acting as a Business Analyst in SAP implementation projects within the meat industry, with a specialization in distribution processes.
Proficiency in SAP SD and/or SAP MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules, adapted to the meat industry.
Solid comprehension of distribution processes in the meat industry, encompassing order management, inventory tracking, and logistics.
Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile) and project management principles specific to the meat industry.
Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to translate meat industry-specific business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in the meat industry at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and achieve results within tight deadlines within the context of the meat industry.
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred).
Experience working in the meat industry or related sectors (preferred).
