Job Summary:


Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary/commission between
_$40,000 to $150,000 per year_, depending on experience and performance. The salary/commission will be paid biweekly.

In addition to the salary, the Sales Consultant will also receive a benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership
  • Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of all vehicles on the lot
  • Conduct test drives with potential customers
  • Manage a database of leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Negotiate sales prices, including tradein values, with customers
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely, following dealership procedures
  • Collaborate with the finance team to arrange financing and payment options for customers
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitor models
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals set by the dealership

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn dealership's CRM system
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
