- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Workday HCM and project management
- Work directly with customers to design, build, test and deploy system configurations in the HCM area (functional areas, like Core HCM, Absence & Leave, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, etc. are highly preferred)
- Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration
- Handson experience in Workday HCM technology gained during environment implementations or AMS-type activities (projects, post-production support, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience of reporting in a complex environment, preferably for multiple business lines/geographies and HR data
- People Management / global stakeholder management/ Vendor management experience would be preferable
- Participate in the discovery workshops across functional domains
- Provide business analysis related to specific area(s) of functional expertise
- Work as a part of the project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation, and post-production activities
- Help clients resolve functional issues by offering valid expertise in the Workday solution
