- This position reports to the Revenue Integrity Manager. The Revenue Integrity Specialist will help oversee and analyze the charge capture, revenue integrity, and CDM maintenance for middle revenue cycle process and will facilitate the implementation of through-put process improvements throughout the revenue-producing departments of the hospital. This position focuses special emphasis on assisting to improve cash collection through facilitating measurable charge capture workflow processes in a standardized manner across all departments. It ensures that the preferred processes, policies, and needed technologies are in place in all areas to improve compliance with payer-specific billing requirements, CMS guidelines, as well as the integrity of the revenue captured.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent degree or experience
