GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain forty (40) hours per week performance level, plus additional hours as job requires.
Ability to work without direct supervision 95% of the time as required by job.
Maintain professional dress and grooming as defined in the Employee Manual
Personally identify strengths and limitation and willingly self-correct to meet necessary standards of performance.
Adherence to company practices and regulations as specified in the Employee Manual.
Maintain work area in neat and orderly fashion.

SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES ANDD RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, coordination and motivation of all company sales functions across multiple sales offices and product lines. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Monitor, analyze and supervise sales activity against goals.
Ensure the execution of our Business Plan in order to achieve sales, market share growth, profit and cash flow targets. Ensure compliance with and implementation of approved corporate directives and required operational activities.
Ensure an on-going commitment to recruiting, developing and retaining high performance sales employees.
Oversee the company sales function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance sales.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Experience in Telecom Sales and Marketing environment is strongly preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Ability to interpret various information from co-workers with different experience levels. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various reports and contracts.
