    We are seeking a talented professional to join our client's growing team as a Benefits and Compensation Manager .

    In this role, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits, rewards, recognition, and compensation/total rewards programs, serving as the backup to payroll.

    Your primary objective will be to develop and implement programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction while aligning with our business goals and strategies.

    *This is a direct hire position with a hybrid model (2 days WHF) with onsite work in Vacaville, CA.

    Core Duties:
    Manage employee insurance programs, including life, disability, and health insurance plans, as well as HRA and FSA.

    Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and provide insurance orientation to new hires or employees with qualifying events.

    Ensure timely processing of employee questions and claims.

    Assist in preparing employee benefit booklets and communications.

    Administer the company's 401(k) plan and deferred compensation programs.

    Stay informed about changes and developments related to benefits and communicate effectively with employees.

    Administer time off and leaves of absence.

    Research and compare benefits and compensation plans offered by comparable organizations and make recommendations for enhancements.

    Facilitate accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions.

    Complete records, reporting, and other documentation required by regulations and policies.

    Conduct audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

    Maintain knowledge of economic conditions, labor market trends, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.

    Administer the unemployment insurance program.

    Provide backup support to the HR/Payroll Administrator.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.


    What we're looking for:
    At least 3 years of hands-on experience processing payroll on ADP workforce.
    3 years developing and administering employee benefits and compensation and total rewards program.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

    CBP or CEBS and CCP certifications preferred.

    SHRM-CP and PHR certifications preferred.

    Bilingual in Spanish and English.

    Knowledgeable in Federal and California state laws and regulations.

    Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
