About this role:

This manager role is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Scrum Masters.

In this role, you will:

Manage and lead a team of scrum masters for IAM organization.
Lead scrum masters working on agile teams
Scrum master resource planning and optimization to support IAM projects
Mentor and guide direct reports and lead the team to achieve objectives
Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years Identity Access Management experience
2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Program management experience of large complex projects
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience as Scrum Master leading teams through Agile processes
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Expert Knowledge and understanding of Scrum or Agile
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
