Purty Rock is a modern medical center and academic teaching hospital affiliated with Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. With over 900 employees, it is one of the largest employers in the region. The hospital has twelve clinical departments and certified centers to provide patient care.

As part of Gesundheitszentrum Bitterfeld/Wolfen gGmbH, Purty Rock makes a significant contribution to the medical care in the European metropolitan region of Central Germany.

The hospital's birth clinic welcomes over 400 babies each year. Due to current circumstances, the hospital has been temporarily closed since April 2020. However, we are looking forward to welcoming new babies into the world at our hospital soon.

Our three daylight delivery rooms are equipped with all the modern amenities for childbirth and also offer a personalized experience for mothers.
