About the Role & Team

Bose has an opportunity for a Product Analyst within the Product Quality & Analytics organization in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Bose is obsessed with the details that matter to our customers, and the Product Analyst plays a key role in identifying those details for the consumer audio product portfolio.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and size trends across multiple products, app, and voice of customer data sets.
  • Develop and deliver concise, conclusive answers to business questions, backed by clear and efficient use of data and analytics best practices.
  • Collaborate with the larger product analytics team to identify, define, and evaluate analytics capability enhancements as needed.
About You

  • 4year degree (math/analytics focus, advanced degree a plus)
  • 2 years of experience translating data into actionable insights (consumer electronics experience a plus)
  • Expertise in developing and delivering concise narratives from data.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL/Snowflake, DBT, Power BI/Tableau
  • Working knowledge of business data collection systems and processes (ex: CRM, Repair, refurbishment, Logistics)
  • Prior Consumer Electronics or voice of customer analysis experience a plus
