West Point WRS is seeking a Team Lead for Pipelines and Storage to join a leading organization on a permanent basis.

This organization is at the forefront of the energy transition. The pipeline team in Germany works with energy companies, suppliers, authorities, and industry associations as an independent service provider. As the Team Lead, you will oversee a team of six engineers. Your technical expertise in Gas Transport Pipelines and sales/business development will be crucial in this role.


Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of pipelines (transmission pipelines/storage pipelines)
  • Experience in sales/business development
  • Bonus: experience with Hydrogen/Co2
  • Several years of experience managing a technical team, with a proven ability to develop a highperformance culture in a fastpaced, changing, and complex environment
  • Domain knowledge and experience related to pipeline transport systems
  • Understanding of customers' value creation processes and authority requirements
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Only EU passport holders will be considered.
