    _Regional Sales Manager__, your primary responsibilities_ will be:_ _
  • Initiate, build and _maintain_ strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers and _leadership_ _
  • Build and lead an assigned sales team; _maintain_ a pipeline of potential team _members_ _
  • Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships and motivating the sales _team_ _
  • Coach, develop and drive team members to achieve individual and company _objectives_ _
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor and develop your sales _team_ _
  • Be the lead point of contact for AT&T Account Managers and Area Managers_ _
  • Network to uncover _additional_ sales opportunities and _channels_ _
  • Hold outside events at properties to promote AT&T products to new and existing _residents_ _
  • Assist_ clients with new orders as well as provide support for existing _clients_ _
  • Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client _satisfaction_ _

_Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge include:__ _- Three years management experience_ _- Sales background in television, wireless or other telecommunications products_ _- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, _weekends_ and _holidays_ _- Ability to work at multiple locations within a _region_
