Your responsibilities at Oak Hill

  • Independent and responsible coordination, supervision, and quality control of trades on the construction site
  • Creation of the schedule and monitoring of construction progress, as well as measurement verification and cost control
  • Acceptance of construction services, identification of defects, and tracking of timely defect remediation
  • Interface management between the planning team and all construction site participants
  • Maintaining the construction diary and ensuring comprehensive documentation

Your profile

  • Completed degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) or technician/master's degree in the field of supply or building technology
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of object monitoring
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Proficiency in VOB, LBO, MLAR, and HOAI
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology, complex relationships, and knowledge of the planning process
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative
  • Commitment, dynamic work style, and comprehensive organizational skills for complex structures and processes
