_ The position will mainly be remote. Only will be going into the office once a quarter for onsite meetings. You must be living in or relocating to California while working remotely and ideally within local/driving distance of Los Angeles.

Job Summary:
Essential Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution:
Develop and carry out test plans for functional and user acceptance testing. Manage resources, scheduling, and track performance.
Data Analysis and Troubleshooting:
Analyze data to identify system defects and suggest improvements. Assist in troubleshooting and fixing issues, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with IT teams on various projects, including submitting service requests and documenting business requirements. Assist in data requests and design sessions, delegate tasks to business analysts, and provide updates to the enterprise.
Technical Support and Liaison:
Act as a liaison between business and IT, providing feedback on system enhancements and updates. Adhere to release schedules and support critical corporate initiatives.
Subject Matter Expertise and Training:
Demonstrate expertise in functional areas, providing guidance on business requirements and IT solutions. Support knowledge transfer and team development.
Data Modeling and Stakeholder Communication:
Contribute to data models and interface designs. Support stakeholder communication and audits as needed.
Business Process Oversight:
Manage business process support for multiple client engagements. Review data submissions, coordinate improvements, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to state and federal recipients.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other assigned duties as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven analytical/technical aptitude evidenced by at least 5 years of successful experience in a quantitative role as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Programming Analyst, Claims processing, and encounter processing.
- QNXT Experience
- Healthcare industry
- Managed Care experience is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Related Field
